Tiropettakia (Cheese Filled Triangles) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. Feta cheese, crumbled
    1/2 lb. Ricotta cheese
    2 large eggs
    1/2 lb. melted butter
    1 lb. filo dough (pastry sheets)
    1/4 tsp. dried basil leaves
    1/4 tsp. dried mint leaves
    2 tsp. grated Romano cheese
    1/8 tsp. white pepper
Preparation
    Blend crumbled Feta and Ricotta cheese and mix well.
    Add eggs, one at a time, and mix well.
    Add Romano cheese, basil and mint leaves and mix well.
    Cut filo sheets into 1-inch strips wide.
    Brush each sheet with melted butter and place 1 teaspoon of the filling on one end of the pastry strip and fold corner over to make a triangle.
    Continue folding from side to side in the form of a triangle until strip is folded.
    Place cheese triangles on a buttered baking sheet.
    Brush tops with melted butter and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
