Turkey Tomato Melts(Serves 4) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 tsp. butter or margarine
    1 lb. or 4 turkey breast slices
    4 slices tomato
    4 green pepper rings
    4 tsp. Parmesan cheese*
    4 slices French bread
Preparation
    Melt butter in skillet over medium heat.
    When butter just begins to turn brown, add turkey.
    Cook 3 minutes; turn.
    Top the turkey breast slices with tomato, green pepper and cheese.
    Cover and cook 2 minutes more.
    Toast the French bread slices.
    Serve turkey breast slices open-faced on French toast.
