Stuffed Shrimp - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. raw jumbo shrimp
1 small onion, finely chopped
1/2 c. melted butter
1 c. bread crumbs or 2 slices bread
1 lb. crabmeat, cooked
2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. mustard
Preparation

Clean and devein shrimp; slit down side of shrimp 3/4 way through, spread out butterfly fashion. Saute onion in small amount butter. Combine bread crumbs, crabmeat, mayonnaise, Worcestershire sauce, mustard and sauteed onion. Mix.
Divide stuffing among shrimp; fold.
Place stuffing side down on greased baking dish. Brush with remaining butter. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 minutes or until golden brown. Serves 2 to 3.
