Chicken And Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 whole chicken
    1 stick Parkay
    2 cups long grain rice
    4 cups chicken broth
    1 envelope Lipton onion soup mix
Preparation
    Cook and bone chicken.
    Cut into bite size pieces.
    Set aside. Save broth.
    Melt 1 stick butter in bottom of 9x13-inch casserole dish.
    Add rice, chicken broth, sprinkle soup mix over all.
    Cover with foil and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
