Whole Wheat Blueberry Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    2 1/4 c. milk
    2 c. honey
    3 oz. oil
    1 tsp. vanilla
    6 c. whole wheat flour
    3 Tbsp. baking powder
    2 to 3 c. blueberries
Preparation
    Combine in bowl the eggs, milk, honey, oil and vanilla.
    In separate bowl, combine flour and baking powder.
    Make a well in middle of dry ingredients and pour liquid into it.
    Mix for only 10 to 15 seconds.
    Add 2 to 3 cups blueberries and stir.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes.
    Serves 3 to 3 1/2 dozen.
