Sauerkraut Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large can sauerkraut, drained, washed and chopped
1 c. chopped celery
1 green pepper, chopped
1 onion, chopped
1/2 c. salad oil
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. vinegar
Preparation

Mix all vegetables together.
Stir sugar with oil and vinegar. Add to vegetables.
Mix and marinate overnight.
