Mozzarella In Carrozza - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 slices white bread (take off crust)
    8 oz. Mozzarella cheese
    3 eggs
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 c. oil
Preparation
    Cut each bread slice in half.
    Cut Mozzarella in 8 slices. Place each between 2 bread slices.
    In a shallow plate, beat eggs and salt.
    Heat oil in heavy skillet.
    Dip each sandwich into beaten egg to coat.
    Fry in hot oil, turning once until golden brown.
    Drain on paper towel.
    Serve immediately.
