Chicken Dumplings - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large fryer
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning
    2 ribs celery, chopped fine
    1 small pkg. tortillas
    1 can cream of chicken soup
Preparation
    Boil fryer in about 2 quarts water.
    Add salt, pepper, poultry seasoning and celery.
    Cook until done.
    Cool and debone chicken. Add cream of chicken and let it come to a slow simmer.
    Add tortillas.
    Cut into 1-inch strips.
    Cook covered about 5 minutes or until done.
    Add chicken.
    If too thick, add some milk or cream.
