Parsley Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. water
    1 tsp. salt
    1 to 1 1/2 lb. potatoes, cubed
    1/3 c. butter, melted
    1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
Preparation
    Bring water and salt to boil.
    Add potatoes; cover and simmer 20 minutes until fork-tender.
    Drain.
    Put potatoes in bowl.
    Coat with butter.
    Sprinkle parsley flakes and serve.
