Spicy Cashew Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 lb. boneless chicken breasts
    2 Tbsp. oil
    2 Tbsp. oyster sauce
    8 green onions, cut into 2-inch lengths
    1 to 5 whole dried red chili peppers
    3/4 lb. unsalted roasted cashew nuts or 3 c. nuts
    2 cloves garlic, crushed
    4 large lettuce leaves
Preparation
    Thinly slice the chicken.
    Heat oil in a wok and add the garlic.
    Stir-fry until it is light brown.
    Add the chicken and oyster sauce; cook for 4 to 6 minutes.
    Reduce the heat to medium. Add green onions, red chili peppers and cashew nuts.
    Mix well. Place the lettuce leaves on a platter and top with the chicken mixture.
    Garnish with Chinese parsley.
