Nana'S Shrimp Mold - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can tomato soup
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    2 (6 3/4 oz. each) cans shrimp
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1/2 c. chopped green pepper
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1 envelope (1 1/2 Tbsp.) unflavored gelatin
    Ritz or other crackers
Preparation
    Heat soup, undiluted.
    Add cream cheese and heat until cheese is dissolved.
    Dissolve gelatin in 1/4 cup water and add to warm mixture.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Pour into oiled 1 1/2-quart mold.
    Chill overnight.
    Unmold and serve with favorite crackers.
