Sweet And Sour Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 Tbsp. water
1/2 c. vinegar
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. sherry wine
1 Tbsp. soy sauce

Preparation

Make a paste of cornstarch and water.
Combine with remaining ingredients and bring to a boil.
Stir until mixture is thick and transparent.
Serve at room temperature.
