Pilgrim Pumpkin Nut Roll - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 c. sugar
    2/3 c. pumpkin
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    3/4 c. self-rising flour
    1 tsp. ginger
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation
    Mix ingredients until smooth.
    Spread on a greased and floured cookie sheet.
    Sprinkle chopped nuts over the dough.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 15 minutes or until edges are light brown and have pulled away from edges of pan.
    (You don't want the edges to be hard.)
