Enchilada Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 to 1 1/2 lb. browned ground beef or turkey
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can mild Old El Paso enchilada sauce or Pace picante sauce
grated cheese
corn tortillas
sour cream
black olives
Preparation

Mix the first 4 ingredients in saucepan until hot.
Spray cake pan with Pam.
Ladle a small amount of sauce into cake pan.
Layer sauce, grated cheese and broken up raw corn tortillas.
Top with cheese.
Put in oven at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes.
Top with sour cream and black olives when you serve.
