Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    3 whole eggs
    1 c. vegetable oil
    2 c. zucchini, peeled and grated
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 c. milk
    3 Tbsp. vanilla
    1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Mix together sugar, eggs, oil and zucchini.
    Mix together flour, salt, soda and baking powder and add alternately with milk and vanilla.
    Fold in nuts.
    Bake in two well-greased loaf pans at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
