Ice Cream Bonbons - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pt. ice cream
    1/2 c. butter or margarine
    1 pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips (6 oz.)
    3 Tbsp. evaporated milk
Preparation
    Use melon baller to scoop small balls of ice cream.
    Arrange balls on chilled wax paper. Freeze at least 2 hours. Combine butter and chocolate. Stir over low heat until melted.
    Stir in milk.
    Cool. Use fork to dip ice cream ball in chocolate.
    Return to freezer until serving time.
    Makes 30 to 35 bonbons.
