Beef And Broccoli Wellington - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    4 oz. pkg. grated Mozzarella or sharp cheese
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    9 oz. pkg. chopped broccoli, thawed and drained
    2 (8 oz.) cans quick crescent rolls (dinner)
    1 beaten egg
Preparation
    Heat oven to 375\u00b0.
    In a medium skillet, brown meat and drain well.
    Stir in cheese, onion, sour cream, salt, pepper and broccoli.
    Simmer 10 minutes.
    Separate dough into 4 rectangles. Press perforation to seal over long side of two rectangles, firmly press to seal.
    Spoon meat mixture in center of dough and spread to about 1/2-inch of edge. Cover with rest of dough which has been pressed together and seal all 4 sides well.
    Brush with beaten egg and bake for 18 to 22 minutes or until crust is well done.
