Clam Dip With Zip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 (6 1/2 oz.) can chopped clams, drained (reserving 2 Tbsp. liquid)
1 Tbsp. prepared horseradish
1 tsp. lemon juice
4 to 8 drops hot pepper sauce
dash of salt
Preparation

In small mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy.
Mix in reserved clam juice, horseradish, lemon juice, hot pepper sauce and salt.
Stir in clams.
Chill to blend flavors.
Stir before serving.
Makes 1 1/2 cups.
