Hot Apple Slaw - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. vinegar
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 small apple, diced or finely sliced
    2 Tbsp. margarine (polyunsaturated)
    1/4 c. water
    1 tsp. celery seed
    6 c. shredded cabbage
Preparation
    Combine vinegar, water, sugar, salt and celery seed in 2-quart glass casserole.
    Toss with cabbage and apple slices.
    Dot with butter.
    Cover with glass lid.
    Microwave for 4 to 6 minutes on High or until heated through.
    Let stand, covered, 3 minutes. Toss and serve.
    Yield:
    3 to 4 servings.
    Nice served with cooked ham slices and Swiss cheese.
