Red Velvet Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. cake flour
    2 eggs
    2 tsp. cocoa
    1 1/2 c. cooking oil
    1 tsp. salt
    2 small bottles red food coloring
    2 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    1 c. buttermilk
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. vinegar
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Cream sugar and oil together.
    Add eggs and beat well.
    Sift dry ingredients together.
    Mix cocoa, vinegar and red coloring and add to sugar and oil mixture.
    Beat flour and buttermilk alternately.
    Add vanilla and beat well.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
    Do not overcook.
