Deer Fried Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. steak (1/2-inch thick)
    2 eggs
    2 Tbsp. water
    1 c. flour
    small amount buttermilk
    1/2 c. meal
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. garlic pepper seasoning
    1 c. Crisco oil
Preparation
    Pound steak to 1/4-inch thick.
    Season with 1/2 of salt and pepper. Beat eggs.
    Add buttermilk to eggs. Put steak in dish. Pour egg mixture over steak. Put in refrigerator for 1 hour.
