Pineapple Sheet Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. margarine, softened
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking soda
2 c. flour, sifted, then measured
20 oz. can crushed pineapple, undrained

Preparation

Combine first 4 ingredients in mixing bowl and beat with electric mixer 1 minute at Hi speed.
Sift flour, salt and soda over this and beat 1/2 minute at medium speed.
Stir in pineapple and blend thoroughly but quickly.
Spread evenly in buttered/floured 9x13-inch pan and bake in pre-heated oven at 350\u00b0 for 25-30 minutes.
