Tortellini Carbonara - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (9 oz.) package fresh cheese-filled tortellini, uncooked
    1 small clove garlic, minced
    1 1/2 tsp. olive oil
    1/2 tsp. white vinegar
    3 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
    1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
    1/4 cup whipping cream
    1 Tbsp. minced fresh parsley
    1/4 tsp. freshly ground pepper
    Garnish: fresh parsley sprigs
Preparation
    Cook tortellini according to package directions; drain and place in a medium bowl.
    Cook garlic in hot oil in a small saucepan over medium-high heat, stirring constantly, 30 seconds; stir in vinegar.
    Add garlic mixture, bacon, and next 4 ingredients to tortellini; toss gently to combine.
    Garnish, if desired.
    Serve immediately.
