Sugarless Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

16 oz. dates (chopped)
4 eggs
2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. unsweetened pineapple juice
1 tsp. salt
1 c. oil
2 c. flour
3 c. carrots (shredded)
1 c. nuts (chopped)
Preparation

Blend dates, eggs and juice. Add flour, cinnamon and salt; mix well. Add oil, carrots and nuts. Blend well. Spread in greased and floured 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Serve with non-dairy whipped topping.
