Creamy Cauliflower Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium cauliflower
    2 c. water
    1 large stalk celery, chopped
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    2 Tbsp. flour
    2 1/2 c. water
    1 Tbsp. instant chicken bouillon
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    dash of nutmeg
    1/2 c. whipping cream or canned milk
Preparation
    Cook cauliflower until tender in water.
    Put cauliflower, celery, onion, lemon juice, margarine, flour, water, bouillon, salt, pepper and nutmeg in blender and blend well.
    Cook mixture with 2 cups water.
    Heat to just boiling.
    Stir in cream last. Heat again but not boiling.
    Serve with grated cheese.
