Sour Cream Potatoes(Serves 8) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium potatoes (red)
    4 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    4 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    dash of white pepper
    2 c. milk
    1/2 c. sour cream (may use more)
    Durkee seasoned salt
Preparation
    Boil potatoes in jackets until done but still firm.
    Remove skins and cut into cubes.
    Put into a buttered 2-quart casserole.
