Cheese Filled Pepper Rings - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 oz. thinly sliced pepperoni
    4 green onions, cut into 1-inch pieces
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1/2 c. (2 oz.) shredded Provolone cheese
    2 Tbsp. margarine, softened
    1 1/2 tsp. Dijon style prepared mustard
    3/4 tsp. Italian seasoning
    3 medium red, yellow or green bell peppers, stemmed, deveined and seeded
Preparation
    Place pepperoni and green onions in food processor or blender. Process until finely chopped.
    Remove and set aside.
    Place cheeses, margarine and seasonings in food processor or blender. Process until well combined.
    Mix in pepperoni mixture.
    Fill peppers; wrap individually in plastic wrap.
    Refrigerate several hours or overnight.
    Slice horizontally and serve.
    Makes 3 filled peppers.
    Cheese Filled Peppers will keep three days in refrigerator.
