Chicken Gumbo My Way - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 whole chicken, boiled and deboned (save stock)
    2 chicken bouillon cubes
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 c. chopped mushrooms
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1 pkg. frozen okra
    1 can stewed tomatoes
    3 green onions, chopped
    3 Tbsp. butter
    garlic salt to taste
    fresh ground pepper to taste
Preparation
    Saute chicken, chopped onions, celery, green onion and bouillon cubes in 3 tablespoons butter.
    Pour all in large stock pot and add mushrooms, okra, stewed tomatoes and 4 cups chicken stock.
    Salt and pepper to taste.
    Cook over low heat for 1 hour. Serve with rice.
