Pineapple Kugel - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 oz. medium egg noodles, cooked and drained (about 3 c.)
    1 c. whipping cream
    4 eggs, separated
    1/2 c. granulated sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
    2/3 c. raisins
    1 (15 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
    1 Tbsp. vanilla extract
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    In a large bowl, stir together noodles, cream, egg yolks, sugar, salt, cinnamon and nutmeg.
    Stir in raisins, pineapple and vanilla.
    In a medium bowl, beat egg whites until stiff.
    Fold egg whites into noodle mixture.
    Pour into a greased 7 x 11-inch glass baking dish.
    Bake 35 to 40 minutes or until top is light brown.
    Cover and store in refrigerator until ready to present.
    Give with reheating instructions.
    Yield:
    12 to 15 servings.
