Ludy Sprinkle'S Mexican Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 large onion
    1 pkg. cornbread mix
    1 (No. 303) can cream-style corn
    2 eggs
    jalapeno peppers to taste
    1 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Brown ground beef and onion in skillet; drain.
    Mix together cornbread mix, corn, eggs and pepper.
    Set aside cheese.
    Layer in iron skillet:
    1/2 meat, 1/2 mix, 1/2 cheese.
    Repeat.
    Bake according to directions on back of cornbread mix.
