Yeast Rolls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 pkg. yeast
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. water (lukewarm)
1 stick butter, softened
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 gal. milk (lukewarm)
5 lb. plain flour
Preparation

Dissolve yeast, sugar and water. After yeast mixture is dissolved, mix in butter, sugar, milk and flour. Put out on counter. Make into ball. Butter on top and put into large bowl. Let rise in warm place until double. Punch down. Make into rolls and let rise until double. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown.
