Andouille Mashed Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

12 oz. andouille sausage
4 large Idaho potatoes peeled cut into 1 inch wedges
1 3/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. heavy cream
3 Tbsp. butter
1/4 tsp. black pepper
Preparation

In a large skillet over medium-high heat, brown the sausage, stirring, about 6 minutes. Drain on paper towels.
