Green Beans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. flour
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 Tbsp. grated onion
    1 c. sour cream
    3 pkg. frozen French-cut beans, cooked and drained
    1/2 lb. grated Cheddar
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 c. corn flake crumbs
Preparation
    Melt butter on low.
    Add flour.
    Stir until smooth and bubbly. Add salt, pepper and onion.
    Take off heat.
    Add sour cream. Fold into beans.
    Fold in Cheddar cheese.
    Melt butter and add to corn flake crumbs.
    Spread on top of beans in a casserole dish. Bake uncovered at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
