Guilt-Free Pasta Primavera - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 (16 oz.) pkg. penne
    salt
    2 Tbsp. sliced almonds
    1 tsp. olive or salad oil
    1 garlic clove, minced
    1 large bunch spinach (about 1 lb.), coarsely chopped
    3 Tbsp. golden raisins
    1/2 tsp. vegetable flavor instant bouillon
    2 medium size plum tomatoes, peeled, seeded and diced
    3 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    About 30 minutes before serving, prepare penne as label directs, using 2 teaspoons of salt in water.
    (If penne is not available, use corkscrew or ziti macaroni.)
