Beef Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. sirloin tip roast, cut in finger-size strips or cubed
    flour
    salt
    oil
    1 c. sour cream
    1/2 lb. mushrooms
    2 Tbsp. ketchup
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1 can beef bouillon
Preparation
    Season meat strips with salt; flour and brown in oil.
    Add mushrooms, ketchup, butter, Worcestershire sauce and mustard. Cook slowly until meat is tender (1 1/2 hours).
    Just before serving, add sour cream and stir well.
    Serve with rice or noodles.
