Spanish Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. lean ground beef
    2 Tbsp. chopped onion
    1/4 c. drained, rinsed, chopped green chilies
    2 c. stewed tomatoes
    2 Tbsp. tomato paste
    1/2 tsp. chili powder
    1/4 tsp. ground cumin
    dash of salt
    dash of black pepper
    3 oz. long grain white rice
    1/2 c. frozen whole grain corn
    1 c. plus 2 Tbsp. water
Preparation
    Combine beef, onion and chilies in large skillet.
    Brown beef until brown and onion is transparent.
    Add all other ingredients. Cover and simmer for 35 minutes.
