Polish Potato Dumplings - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 medium-sized (1 lb.) Idaho potatoes*
    1 egg, beaten
    1/3 c. flour
    2 Tbsp. fine bread crumbs
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
    1 Tbsp. minced parsley
Preparation
    *Peel potatoes, cook in boiling water until tender, dry over heat and put through a potato ricer.
