One-Hour Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 envelopes yeast
    1/4 c. warm water (85~ to 110~)
    1 1/2 c. buttermilk, heated to lukewarm
    1/4 c. sugar
    1/2 c. oil
    1 tsp. salt
    4 1/2 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. soda
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in warm water.
    Combine buttermilk, sugar, oil and salt.
    Sift flour and soda into large bowl.
    Mix yeast with milk; add to flour mixture.
    Mix well.
    Let stand for 10 minutes. Roll out and cut.
    Melt butter in bottom of baking pan.
    Place rolls in pan, turning to butter top.
    Let stand 30 minutes.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 10 to 12 minutes.
    Makes 24 large rolls.
