Pepper Hash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 red peppers
    16 onions, chopped
    1 pt. vinegar
    12 green peppers
    3 c. sugar
    salt
Preparation
    Pour boiling water on peppers and onions.
    Let stand 5 minutes, then drain.
    Pour boiling water on and let stand 20 minutes.
    Drain.
    Add other ingredients and cook 20 minutes.
