Smoked Salmon Cracker Spread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. cream cheese, softened
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 tsp. finely chopped onion
    1 tsp. liquid smoke
    1/2 tsp. prepared horseradish
    16 oz. can salmon, drained, bones removed and flaked
    chopped pecans
    chopped fresh parsley
Preparation
    In small bowl, beat cream cheese at medium speed, scraping bowl often, until light and fluffy (2 to 3 minutes).
    Add next 5 ingredients.
    By hand, stir in salmon.
    Spoon into serving bowl. If desired, garnish with pecans and parsley.
    Serve with crackers. Store refrigerated.
    Makes 2 cups.
