Ingredients

2 medium potatoes
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. milk
1 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
spice to suit taste
Preparation

Cook potatoes in salted water until tender.
Place layers of sliced potatoes in deep dish.
Sprinkle with sugar, butter and spice.
Cover with pie crust.
Make 2 or 3 layers of potatoes and pie crust.
Bake until brown.
Pour milk on top of pie and let come to a boil.
