Rob'S Picante Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. tomatoes
    2 onions
    sugar (1/2 to 1 c.) to taste
    salt (1 Tbsp. to 1/2 c.) to taste
    1/2 c. vinegar
    1/2 to 1 clove garlic
    1 to 2 c. sliced jalapeno peppers
    2 to 3 red peppers
    3 to 4 banana peppers
Preparation
    Hot bath and peel tomatoes.
    Chop tomatoes (by hand).
    Chop other ingredients and add to tomatoes in large pan.
    Add vinegar, salt and sugar.
    Heat and stir occasionally for 20 minutes.
    Fill jars and seal with flats and rings.
    Hot bath for 30 to 45 minutes.
