Ingredients

1 c. shortening
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. lemon juice
3 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda and salt
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple (undrained)
Preparation

Cream shortening and sugar.
Add remaining ingredients.
Drop by teaspoon onto cookie sheet.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 to 12 minutes or until brown.
Makes 3 dozen.
