Sweet Potato Pie(Makes 2 Pies) - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. sweet potatoes, mashed
2 Tbsp. melted butter
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
2 Tbsp. vanilla
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
3 eggs, beaten
2 c. milk (1 canned, 1 whole milk)
pastry (use your favorite recipe)

Preparation

Mix all together and pour into pastry shells. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
