Candied Sweet Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 to 4 medium sweet potatoes or 1 large can, drained
2 sticks margarine
3 Tbsp. flour
1 box light brown sugar
1/2 c. water
Preparation

Melt butter.
Add flour, water and brown sugar.
Layer sliced potatoes and pour hot syrup over potatoes.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
