Easy Garden Vegetable Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. fresh broccoli, chopped or cauliflower or zucchini, sliced
    1/2 c. onion, chopped
    1/2 c. green pepper, chopped
    1 c. cheese, shredded (Cheddar or Monterey Jack)
    1 1/2 c. milk
    3/4 c. Bisquick
    3 eggs
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0. Lightly grease pie pan.
    In a saucepan, steam broccoli until almost tender. Drain well.
