Mexican Fruit Cake - cooking recipe

2 c. self-rising flour
2 tsp. soda
2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 c. chopped pecans
1 large can crushed pineapple
Preparation

Juice from the can of pineapple is the liquid for this cake. Mix in bowl by hand (not mixer). Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
