Barbecued Lima Beans - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 clove garlic
1 onion, sliced
1 tsp. salt
1 can tomato soup
1 1/2 Tbsp. prepared mustard
2 Tbsp. sugar
1/3 c. vinegar
1 pkg. dried lima beans
Preparation

Soak dried limas overnight.
Boil until tender with ham bone or salt pork.
Try out some salt pork in frying pan.
Put 1 clove garlic and 1 onion (sliced) in fat and brown.
Add 1 teaspoon salt, tomato soup, mustard, sugar and vinegar; stir and cook slowly 15 minutes.
Put limas in layers alternately with sauce in casserole. Put browned squares of salt pork on top.
Bake 45 minutes in a 350\u00b0 oven.
