Honey-Pecan Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. cornbread stuffing mix
    1 c. hot water
    1/4 c. (1/2 stick) butter
    1/2 c. orange juice
    1/2 c. chopped pecans
    1/4 c. honey
    2 Tbsp. orange juice
    6 slices bacon
    6 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
    1 vegetable seasoning pkt.
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Stir contents of vegetable seasoning packet, margarine and water in a bowl to melt margarine.
    Add 1/2 cup orange juice, stuffing crumbs and pecans; stir just to moisten.
    Mix honey and 2 tablespoons orange juice.
    Arrange chicken in a single layer in a 13 x 9-inch baking dish.
    Spoon 1/2 of honey mixture over chicken.
    Press 1/2 cup stuffing on each chicken breast and wrap with 1 slice bacon.
    Spoon remaining mixture over chicken.
    Bake 40 minutes at 375\u00b0.
