Twice-Baked Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large baking potatoes
    6 chopped green onions
    1/2 c. parsley
    1 c. sour cream
    1 c. grated cheese
    Louisiana hot sauce
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Bake potatoes approximately 1 hour.
    Allow to cool.
    Cut potatoes in half lengthwise and scoop out pulp, leaving the skin and about 1/2-inch of pulp intact.
    Place in mixing bowl; set aside.
